Outside Sales Representative
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outside sales person. Salary and commission are available and will be determined by applicants' experience with selling and their knowledge of the construction industry, Experience in selling to companies in the areas Timeless Stonework operates is a major plus. Work Description
1. Prospecting for new business including identifying, qualifying and scheduling initial meeting with prospects to introduce Timeless Stonework and educate prospects on all Timeless Stonework products and services as they relate to our offerings of supply, fabrication and installation.
2. Meet regularly with prospects/clients to provide ongoing education on Timeless Stonework products and services and or to discuss potential and existing projects.
3. Discuss material requirements and options with client.
4. Discuss material requirements and options internally with Timeless Stonework staff prior to client presentation.
5. Up sell client.
6. Acquire samples and present to client for approvals. (Timeless Stonework staff will assist with samples.)
7. Price materials with vendors to get better pricing.
8. Attend weekly sales meetings including updating opportunity tracking system in a timely manner.
9. Attend weekly production meetings.
10. Closing sale includes receipt of deposit. Collection of deposit is Sales Reps responsibility.
11. Assist in collecting all payments for a product or project sale.
12. Expected work is a minimum of 40 hours per week.
13. Minimum sales targets will be set and agreed upon by all parties.
