Work Description
1. Process new customer sales orders daily.
2. Liaison with Production Manager regarding customer scheduling and deliveries.
3. Follow-up daily with clients regarding order status and deliveries.
4. Provide daily tracking reports to key client accounts.
5. Process customer invoices and payments.
6. Follow-up with customer accounting departments for invoice accuracy, required backup documentation, and payment.
7. Review purchasing requirements daily with Production Manager, and initiate/follow-up with all material purchases, and sub-contractor coordination.
8. Conduct general office administration duties, including filing, purchasing office supplies, reception.
